Delivery Policy
Delivery Time

  • Within Dhaka City: Standard delivery is completed within 1-3 business days.
  • Outside Dhaka City: Deliveries to other areas typically take 3-5 business days.
    Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Charges

  • Dhaka City: Delivery fees vary based on your specific location.
  • Outside Dhaka City: Additional charges apply depending on the location, weight, and size of your order.
    Exact delivery charges will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details. Use these details to stay updated on the delivery progress.

Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team will attempt to contact you. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be canceled, and a restocking fee may be charged.

Return & Refund Policy
At Arzaal's, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a fair and straightforward return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, and include all packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items, clearance products, or items marked as “non-returnable” are also excluded.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via email or phone and provide the following details:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Order number and product details.
  • Reason for the return.


Once approved, we will guide you on the return process. Depending on the case, we may arrange a pickup or request that you ship the item back at your expense.

Refund Process
Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method and may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For exchanges, please process a return for the refund and place a new order.

Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
